To do that, we leveraged a press release, exclusive high-profile influencer and celebrity guest lists, as well as top-tier media around Los Angeles and the surrounding industry.

Targeting the right platforms with the right messaging: We started by targeting the biggest names on Instagram. We invited them to dine and nonchalantly share their amazing meals with their highly engaged and passionate following during the soft opening. This helped build the buzz, before the big opening to fully stack the steakhouse.
